GGS Atlantic to Acquire 2D seismic data offshore Colombia (2009-12-11T10:47:42 CET)Spectrum has been awarded a contract for the GGS Atlantic to acquire 5,450km of 2D seismic data offshore Colombia. The contract value is worth over $4.3 million and includes data processing to be conducted at Spectrum's Houston data processing centre. The GGS Atlantic will make the short transit from the Gulf of Mexico, where she has completed the acquisition of Big Wave Phase 2 multi-client programme, to the north coast of Colombia. The Colombian acquisition project is scheduled to take over two months to complete and the data processing a further 3 months thereafter.
