Rhys Edwards, CFO of Spectrum ASA, has applied for 50,000 shares in the subsequent share issue in Spectrum ASA. After the subsequent share issue, and subject to allocation of shares, Rhys Edwards will own, directly and indirectly, 50,000 shares in Spectrum ASA.
