The subscription period for the share issue in Spectrum ASA expired on today at 1300 hours (Norwegian time).

 

The share issue was over-subscribed. Following the expiry of the subscription period and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the offering prospectus, the extraordinary general meeting of Spectrum ASA has today resolved to increase the share capital by issuing 8,052,767 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 18.63 per share with total gross proceeds of NOK 150 million. The settlement of the share issue will proceed as planned and as further detailed in the prospectus. Allotment letters will be sent out on 30 June 2008.

 

Through the share issue, Spectrum ASA has fulfilled the conditions for being admitted to trading on Oslo Axess imposed by Oslo Børs with regard to minimum number of shareholders and free float of shares, subject to final confirmation by Oslo Børs. The first day of listing on Oslo Axess is expected to be 1 July 2008.
