KOV Invest Holding AS is wholly owned by Knut Øversjøen CEO in GGS and chairman of Spectrum.

JE Oil Services AS is wholly owned by Jon Elde, CFO

DR Invest AS is wholly owned by David Rowlands, CEO of Spectrum ASA
